We offer free shipping for orders more than Rs. 4000, within India. For orders below Rs. 4000 within India, we charge a flat shipping rate of Rs.100.

We also ship worldwide. We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs 1000, for international shipments.

What sizes does rachelandpallavi.com stock?

We currently stock sizes from Small (S) to Extra Large (XL). The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

The dress I received is not of the same shade as shown online?

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.

Cancellations and Returns:

I want to cancel my order ASAP. What should I do?

Please send us an email at rpdress@rachelandpallavi.com. Your order cannot be cancelled if it has been shipped and not yet been delivered to you. Please note we can accept cancellation requests only within 24 hours of placing the order.

I received the package but do not want the product/I would like to cancel the order and return the product – how do I do it?

If you are in anyways not satisfied with your current order, please email us with the details and then, pack your return securely, in the original package, and include the complete invoice. Courier the parcel back to us. Once we receive the item back and verify it, the money is reflected back in your account in form of purchase credits.

We will be not responsible for items lost in shipping back to us, so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with the tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

As soon as we receive & accept the return after quality check, we will send you an email to notify you. And your loyalty points would be added to your account, less any taxes incurred. The original shipping charges if any will not be refunded.

The T&C says I can’t cancel because I purchased the product during a sale and the sale conditions were such. How do I go around this?

Since we pass on additional benefits to you during sale to our customers it becomes highly uneconomical for us to entertain returns. If there is a problem with the size or manufacturing defect we will be happy to replace provided a replacement is available.

I provided an incorrect mailing address, can you assist?

Please email and inform us about this at the earliest. If the order has not yet been dispatched, then we will update the address and ship the product to the correct address. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by RachelAndPallavi.com for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

Which payment methods are accepted at rachelandpallavi.com for international orders?

The international shipments are available only for prepaid orders with a flat shipping fee of Rs. 1000. However, due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees.

Rachelandpallavi.com takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

How much time does it take for the order to be delivered?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse either in Mumbai or Bangalore, India to your provided shipping address.  The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 7 to 10 business days to deliver. Wedding Dress, Made-to-order & Bulk orders will take 25 to 35 days for delivery, depending on the garment’s style and your location. Rarely, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

How are the returns & exchanges handled for international orders?

RachelandPallavi.com ensures that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Please note we do not accept returns for international orders. Also we do not accept returns for made-to-order items unless it is a quality defect. We don’t facilitate reverse pick up for international orders. The cost of returning the product has to be borne by the customer. Furthermore, any returns are subject to quality check at our end. The 15 days exchange/return warranty is not applicable for orders that are delivered outside India.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we have a very small time frame between receiving and fulfilling your order, at this time, you cannot change or cancel your order once it is acknowledged.
